ライブイベント及びグッズ販売に関しまして、
以下のとおりご案内をいたします。

〈グッズ関連〉

【PHOTO券】について

・一度にご購入いただける"PHOTO券"は１メンバーのみ、枚数は３枚までとなります。
　但し各ライブ・イベントにて、１回目の受付では１メンバーのみ "１枚 " でのご案内となります。

・ご購入された特典券は必ず一度に枚数分をまとめて消化させて頂きます。

・写真の撮り直しは原則出来かねますが、明らかに写真上で不具合があった際は、当日に限り撮り直しさせて頂きます。
　必ず当日その場でご確認ください。

・画面録画(音声録音も含む)は禁止とさせて頂きます。撮影時に、スタッフより確認させて頂きます。
　また該当動画を削除させて頂く際には、携帯電話内のデータフォルダを一部確認させて頂く場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

【サイン券】について

・一度にご購入いただける"サイン券"は1メンバーのみ、枚数は３枚までとなります。
　但し各ライブ・イベントにて、１回目の受付では１メンバーのみ "１枚 " でのご案内となります。

・ご購入された特典券は必ず一度に枚数分をまとめて消化させて頂きます。
　なお公演前物販のご購入分は、全て消化したのち追加購入が可能となります。

※ポストカードには”ご氏名・サイン・日付”を記入させて頂きます。（３つ全て or いずれかのみでも可）
　お名前の記入を希望される方は、お時間の都合上ご自分の番になりましたら直ちに希望するお名前をメンバーお伝え頂くようご協力をお願いいたします。
　なお、ご購入者本人の公的に使用される氏名(姓名どちらだけでも可)に限定させて頂きます。
　

※インストアライブ等では、会場・イベントによって内容が異なる場合がございます。
　都度本ホームページにて発表される内容をご参照ください。

【ランダムチェキ】について

・一度にご購入いただける"ランダムチェキ"は１会計につき2枚までとなります。

・終演後のみの販売となります。

・ランダムに メンバーの直筆サイン入りの当たり が入っており、
　当たった方は OHL 7人全員とワイドチェキ撮影 の特典をご利用頂けます。
　なお、本特典は原則、当日のみ有効となります。
　必ずご本人様とメンバーが映った状態での撮影となりますので、予めご了承ください。

【P2P GACHA】について

・一度にお求めいただける"P2P GACHA"は１回までとなります。並び直しは可能です。

［内容物］
▫️P2P 缶バッジ（ランダムでサイン入り）
▫️当たり券*

・"P2P 缶バッジ" はライブごとに絵柄が変わります。

・カプセルの中にランダムで *当たり券 が入っており、
　当たった方は OHL 7人全員とワイドチェキ撮影 の特典をご利用頂けます。
　なお、本特典は原則、当日のみ有効となります。
　必ずご本人様とメンバーが映った状態での撮影となりますので、予めご了承ください。

・P2P GACHA はオンラインストア（1HUNDRED STORE）でもお求めいただけます。
　ご購入された月に該当するバージョン・絵柄でランダムに発送いたします。

［共通］

※メンバーに接触する、接触しているかの様に映る撮影、また座り込んでの撮影はご遠慮ください。

※特典会にて撮影した お写真・チェキ等は内容に限らず、SNS等（※Instagramストーリーズ限定公開等含む）に投稿する行為は禁止となります。

〈その他〉

・会場内・会場周辺ではスタッフが誘導いたしますので、必ず指示に従ってください。またその際、スタッフがお客さまの肩や腕などに触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・特典券は必ずご本人様がご購入ください。代理購入は禁止となります。

・特典券をご購入後は、指定の待機エリアにてお待ちください。

・物販列や特典会列を途中で抜ける行為や第三者に代わりに並んでもらう行為はご遠慮ください。

・ご購入された特典券は、当日中にご使用頂きますようお願いいたします。
　ご使用し切れなかった特典券は他公演ではご使用頂けません。
　また原則、返金・再発行等のご対応もお受けできませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

・列が途切れ次第、特典会を終了する場合がございます。

・特典会に参加された後、退館のご案内があるまでの間は会場内に待機することは可能です。
　但し、イベント進行ならびに他のお客様の妨げとならないよう十分なご配慮をお願いいたします。

また、メンバーの希望により特典会の終了時にご来場者の皆さんへご挨拶をさせて頂きます。
ライブ・イベントにより、内容は変更となる可能性がございます。
その際には、ご案内した内容をご確認頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

〈English〉

Regarding live events and merchandise sales, we would like to provide the following information:

[Merchandise]

About "PHOTO Tickets":

- You can purchase up to 3 "PHOTO Tickets" per member at one time.

However, during each live event, only one ticket per member will be available during the first reception.

- The purchased ticket should be used all together at once.

- In case there is an obvious issue with the photo, we may allow for a retake on the day of the event only.

Please make sure to check it on the spot.

- Recording of the screen (including audio recording) is prohibited. Our staff will check during the shooting.

Please note that if we need to delete the relevant video, we may need to check certain data folders on your mobile phone.

About "Autograph Tickets":

- You can purchase up to 3 "Autograph Tickets" per member at one time.

However, during each live event, only one ticket per member will be available during the first reception.

- The purchased ticket should be used all together at once.

Additional purchases will be possible after using up all the merchandise purchased during the pre-show sales.

- Autographs will be written on postcards. You can choose to have all three elements: "Your name, autograph, and date" or any combination of them.

If you wish to include your name, please provide the member with your name immediately when it's your turn.

Only official names used in public will be accepted.

About "Random Cheki":

- You can purchase up to 2 "Random Cheki" per transaction.

- It will be available for sale only after the performance.

- Each "Random Cheki" will either have the member's handwritten autograph or a wide cheki photo with all 7 OHL members.

Please note that this privilege will generally be valid only on the day of the event.

Make sure both you and the member are in the photo.

[General]

- Please refrain from physical contact with the members, creating the impression of physical contact in a photograph, and taking photos while sitting.

- Posting photos or chekis taken at the handshake event on social media (including limited sharing on Instagram Stories) is prohibited.

[Other]

- Follow the instructions of our staff inside and around the venue.

During the process, our staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.

- Only the primary purchaser should buy the merchandise tickets. Proxy purchases are not allowed.

- After purchasing the merchandise tickets, please wait in the designated waiting area.

- Please refrain from leaving or having someone else line up for you while queuing for merchandise or handshake events.

- Please use the purchased merchandise tickets on the same day. Unused tickets cannot be used for other events.

Also, refunds, reissues, or any other assistance cannot be provided.

- We may end the handshake event once the line has subsided.

- After participating in the handshake event, you are allowed to wait inside the venue until the announcement to leave is made.

However, please consider the event progress and do not inconvenience other customers.

Additionally, based on the members' preferences, they may greet the attendees at the end of the handshake event.

Please note that the content may vary depending on the live event.
